Whats in the box
100~240V 5V 2A power adapter (non-European style)
Micro-USB to USB cable for connecting to your computer
Micro-USB to USB host-cable including plug to connect the power adapter
Screen protection sheet
Some of my findings
Google for specs (trust the 600~666 MHz specs, not the 1 GHz).
The out-of-the-box experience is very good (Apple-like)
It's not blazingly fast, but it's not slow either
It (the device + Android 2.1) is not a iPad replacement
It has resistive touch screen - but it works
The build quality is very good, with one remark: the white cover of the SD-card slot doesn't stay closed (tip: use double adhesive photo album stickers to fix it)
Front bezel has a brushed metal look, looks very nice, dark gray not black
My photo frame project
I'm going to make a server-sided photo frame, Apache serving webpages from my Linux server. The device will show these fullscreen. Apart from photos it will display 'house messages' to members of the family, show the weather, time, server and network status etc.
